New Signed Author: Angélique Jamail - A Narrowing Path (An Animal Affinities Novella)

Author Angélique Jamail

We’re excited to announce that the second edition of Angélique Jamail’s debut novella will be published in June 2025 by Memento Vivere Press. The working title is A Narrowing Path. The book was first published in 2014 as Finis under Odeon Press.

“The first edition of this book is marvelous. It’s fantastic work, both by a talented author and a wonderful small press,” Publisher Freeman said. “There are many good reasons that books get a second edition, particularly if its first edition has been successful. It’s a fairly common practice in publishing. What we’re looking to do with A Narrowing Path is focus on marketing strategy, do more PR work, and gain many fresh, new readers. I’m so honored that Memento Vivere Press has the privilege of introducing the readers of 2025 to this book.”

“Angélique Jamail has the unique capacity to create beautifully intricate worlds in a small word count,” Editor-in-Chief Otherland said. “A Narrowing Path is at once humorous, heartbreaking, and eternally lovely, packed full of imagery and imagination.”
